Peter Dailey
Chief Executive Officer
Peter Dailey is a veteran power markets leader, well regarded on Wall Street. With over 35 years of deal-making experience, he’s executed $3B+ in transactions and built companies across thermal and renewable energy platforms. His ability to understand complex commodity markets and designs capital-efficient energy strategies providing IEP a strategic edge in delivering return-driven infrastructure that aligns with environmental responsibility.
Andrew “Rewdy” Holstein
Chief Financial Officer
Rewdy Holstein adds financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting expertise. He’s underwritten and managed the entitlement over 6,500 residential units, millions of square feet of commercial space, and managed large-scale energy property transitions such as the $97M sale of a Newport Beach oilfield to the State of California. As a former manager at KPMG, Rewdy manages the accounting, tax and finance side of energy and infrastructure development at IEP.
Mike Firenze
Executive VP, Engineering and Construction
Michael Firenze is a critical infrastructure and energy systems expert who served as program and technical lead on multiple California Energy Commission projects at Miramar and Camp Pendleton. He has directed over $1 billion in sustainable infrastructure across military bases, tribal nations, and public-private partnerships. His ability to lead multi-stakeholder development—from microgrids to advanced long-duration storage—is foundational to IEP’s integrated energy and facilities model.
John Hamilton
SVP, Technology & Development
John Hamilton is the CEO at MYRIAD Communications, a Telecommunications Consulting group focusing on three core areas of telecom. The first is Contact Center Development and Management, the second is Telecom Expense Management, the third is Negotiation, Provisioning and Ongoing Management of core telecom services such as Enterprise VIOP Communications, SDWan, Internet, and point-to-point Data Connectivity, local and Long Distance services.
Trent Markell, P.E.
SVP, Engineering
Trent Markell is the Principal at PF Engineers, an Independent Engineering consulting firm. Over the last 33 years, He has provided assessments and/or design support on over 110 GW of power projects. These reviews include the assessment of the technical design, major agreements, construction, O&M plans, permitting, and the technical inputs to the financial models. Trent has been supporting IEP in their project evaluations for over 15 years.
David Spigelmyer
SVP, Community Affairs
Dave Spigelmyer has over 40 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, serving as the primary natural gas liaison between commercial and state and federal government affairs across the Appalachian Basin. He is the former president of the Marcellus Shale Coalition, VP of Government Relations at Chesapeake Energy and Director of External Affairs at EQT
